Trailer: ‘The Quiet Ones’ Starring Jared Harris And Sam Claflin
New film The Quiet Ones has just released a new trailer. The trailer is the first peak at the Hammer productions supernatural thriller, starring Jared Harris, Sam Claflin, Olivia Cooke, Erin Richards and Rory Fleck-Byrne.
From the makers of The Woman In Black, directed by John Pogue the film follows the screen play by Craig Rosenberg and Oren Moverman. It tells the tale, inspired by true events from 1974, of physics Professor Coupland, portrayed by Jared Harris, as he encourages his university students to deviate from the curriculum and help create a poltergeist using negative human energy. Check out the trailer below to see Jared Harris take on his role and see Olivia Cooke play the girl on which they test their hypothesis, we also see Sam Claflin, Erin Richards and Rory Fleck-Byrne, as the students who embark on carrying out the dangerous and controversial experiments.
All filmed on location in Oxford, London and with Lionsgate securing release rights for the UK and North America it is expected to hit cinemas April 11th 2014.
