This is the first still, released by See-Saw Films, from the highly anticipated movie Life which details the friendship between Magnum photographer Dennis Stock and James Dean. The film, which is directed by Anton Corbijn, himself a photographer, stars Robert Pattinson as Stock and Dane DeHaan (soon to be seen as the Green Goblin in The Amazing Spider-Man 2) as Dean.

Stock and DeHaan embarked on a road trip together from Los Angeles to New York in 1955 and the film follows their journey together, including when Stock took the iconic picture of James Dean in front of Time Square in the rain. The movie is poignant as the young, up-and-coming star died later that same year. The still shows Dean (DeHaan) peering out of the car in the back seat with Stock (Pattinson) in front.

The Hollywood Reporter notes that Pattinson will next be seen in Maps to the Stars, from his Cosmopolis director David Cronenberg and Queen of the Desert, starring James Franco, Nicole Kidman and Damian Lewis. DeHaan is quickly becoming a household name after winning plaudits for his role as Lucien Carr in the Alan Ginsberg flick, Kill Your Darlings.
