Disney’s ‘Frozen’ Goes Down A Storm At UK Box Office

Disney‘s Frozen smashed records at the US box office and it seems it is just as popular here in the UK have shot straight in at the Number 1 Spot after opening weekend. Having taken an impressive £4.7 million in its first 4 days the UK marks the 5th number 1 spot for the film having already received the position in the US, Germany, Spain and France. The takings here may be small compared with the $93.5 million it took in the first 5 days in America check out its full success over in the states here.

To celebrate the films success Disney has made available a new clip from the film, featuring one of the films main musical numbers. In this clip we hear Idina Menzel singing ‘Let it Go’ her character is Elsa, who has condemned the kingdom of Arendelle to suffer an eternal winter. The film follows her sister, Anna, voiced by Kristen Bell, who travels to find her sister to try break the curse. On her quest she teams up with rugged mountain man Kristoff, voiced by Jonathan Groff, and his reindeer Sven, as they take on Everest-like conditions, which include mystical trolls and a hilarious snowman named Olaf, voiced by Josh Gad.
