Angelina Jolie in an “Awkward Situation” in First Maleficent Clip
Visual Effects maestro Richard Stromberg’s directorial debut, Maleficent, is less than three weeks away from it’s nationwide release in the UK. The live action update of Disney’s 1959 animated classic, Sleeping Beauty, stars Angelina Jolie as the eponymous mistress of all evil. In the clip above, we can glimpse a hint of just how slyly wicked she intends to be, as she comes face to face with Stefan (Sharlto Copley) in an “awkward situation.”
Maleficent also stars Elle Fanning, Sam Riley, Imelda Staunton and Juno Temple. It opens nationwide in the UK on May 28 and released two days later in the US on May 30.
