New Musical Clips From ‘Rio 2′ Listen To Janelle Monáe’s ‘What is Love’
Rio 2 is much anticipated and we are happy to say we can now show you 2 exciting musical clips from the film. 20th Century Fox released the musical number from the film by Janelle Monáe ‘What is Love’. Below we have the New Years Eve Clip from the movie and the promotional video containing the songs lyrics and some great graphics of some of your favorite characters from the 2011 Rio.
The original film saw great success making gross profits of over $143 million in box office sales and even receiving Academy Award nominations for it original music. The sequel, which is also directed by Carlos Saldanha, picks up with Blu, Jewel and their 3 kids after they venture from that magical city into the wilds of the Amazon for a family reunion. Out of his element in a land he doesn’t know, Blu must face his most fearsome adversary – his father in law – while evading Nigel’s fiendish plans for revenge. Rio 2 will see the return of Anne Hathaway, Jesse Eisenberg, Leslie Mann and Jamie Foxx as well as seeing Andy Garcia, Bruno Mars, Kristin Chenoweth and Rita Moreno join the cast. We will also be having original music from Wondaland and obviously Janelle Monáe who you can hear below.
